Ready to up your fitness game? The hyrox functional fitness race is for you. Hector will guide your prep so you are race ready!
Hyrox races are the newest sport. If you’re looking for a new challenge to tackle, these high-energy, functional fitness races are for you!
Join us as we train for races together. Hector will help you understand all the rules (and there are lots of them!) and coach you so that you are race ready—mentally and physically! From wall balls to sled pushes, we’ve got you covered.
HFA Hyrox small-group classes give you the boutique feel of training with Hector’s Fitness Advantage along with the fun of a community of athletes training together to achieve a goal.
Hyrox races can be run individually, with a partner, or as a relay team of four. So grab a buddy or three, and come train with us!

Classes are 8am Mon, Tues, Fri or Weds at 5:15pm
As more people join these classes, we will open up more times!
We have a partnership with Truemed that allows you to use your HSA/FSA funds for HFA training if you desire.
Other details:
We will periodically host workshops to walk you through all the rules and disqualifications of the race along with coaching you on how to be ready mentally and physically for race day.
We will host monthly PFTs, designed to help you try out a small version of the race. These will give you an indication of how your training is going and also help you feel more confident on race day. Also, they’re fun!
