Hector’s passion lies in using fitness and exercise as platforms to inspire people to live their best and most confident lives.
His journey in fitness and performance training started as a young kid growing up in Puerto Rico, where he began to play basketball competitively at an early age. Hector played collegiate basketball at Christopher Newport University.
His goal as a fitness, health, and performance coach is to find contentment and satisfaction in knowing that every day he is putting his best effort forward to empower people to live active lives while becoming fitter, stronger, and healthier.

Dania brings a deep commitment to helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term vitality. She specializes in functional strength training, mobility, and sustainable wellness habits that support a strong body and clear mind.
Dania’s approach is rooted in alignment, intentionality, and compassion. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, she tailors every session to meet her clients where they are—emphasizing form, injury prevention, and steady progress. Her style is grounded and encouraging, with a special focus on core control and movement quality.
In addition to her personal training practice, Dania is a yoga teacher and group fitness instructor. She has followed a plant-based lifestyle for over 25 years and champions the role of nutrition in strength, energy, and recovery.
Her mission is to help people feel strong, capable, and empowered—in and out of the gym.
Peter cui, Online Training coach

Peter has worked as a fitness and nutrition coach for over a decade. He has been blessed to work with thousands of clients both in person and remote. He has loved both growing relationships with these clients as well has helping them achieve fantastic progress and results. Peter says that fitness transformed his life, and he loves helping people experience their own physical, mental, and emotional transformation.
Kathryn feliciano, Admin
Kathryn helps with the administrative aspects of Hector’s Fitness Advantage. She supports Hector with scheduling, financial aspects of the business, and website development. Kathryn loves the summertime, drinking cappuccinos, and exploring DC with Hector and their sons, Micah & Isaiah.
